Sponsorships, Tables and Ticket Rates

PRESENTING SPONSOR ($25,000)
Presenting Sponsor monies will underwrite event expenses so all other contributions directly fund MS research and programs. Presenting Sponsors will receive the highest recognition in every facet of the event. In addition to a table for 8 at the front of Artist Hall, hosts will be acknowledged on the formal invitation and all printed dinner and on-line campaign materials, on a full page in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page color ad with priority placement in the Journal.

CO-HOST ($15,000)
Co-Host monies will also help to defray event costs by underwriting event expenses. Co-Hosts will receive prominent recognition in every facet of the event. In addition to a table for 8 at the front of Artist Hall, Co-Hosts will be listed on the formal invitation and all printed dinner and on-line campaign materials, on a full page in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a prime position full-page color ad in the Journal.

GOLD SPONSOR ($10,000)
Gold Sponsors will receive prime location seating for 8 and will be acknowledged on all printed dinner materials, on a full page in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page color ad with priority placement in the Journal.

PLATINUM SPONSOR ($5,000)
Platinum Sponsors will receive prime location seating for eight and will be acknowledged on all printed dinner materials, on a full page in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page blue overlay ad with priority placement in the Journal.

PREMIER TABLE ($2,500)
Premier Table sponsors will receive prime location seating for eight. Premier table sponsors will receive recognition in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page blue ad.

TABLE SPONSOR ($1,500)
Table sponsors will receive reserved seating for eight. Table sponsors will receive recognition in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page black & white ad.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS ($200)
Individual tickets are available at $200.

All ads are full color, navy blue & white, or black ink printed on white paper. Please provide design at 300 dpi.
