Sponsorships, Tables and Ticket Rates
DINNER OF CHAMPIONS HOST ($10,000)
Dinner of Champions Host monies will underwrite event expenses so all other contributions directly fund MS research and programs. Dinner Hosts will receive the highest recognition in every facet of the event. In addition to a table for eight, Hosts will be acknowledged on the formal invitation and all printed dinner materials; on a full page in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal; as well as a full-page full-color ad with opening placement in the Journal.
DINNER SPONSOR ($5,000)
Dinner Sponsors will receive prime location seating for eight. Dinner sponsors will receive recognition in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page full-color ad.
PREMIER TABLE ($2,500)
Premier Table sponsors will receive prime location seating for eight. Premier table sponsors will receive recognition in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page blue ad.
TABLE SPONSOR ($1,500)
Table sponsors will receive reserved seating for eight. Table sponsors will receive recognition in the Dinner Leadership section of the Tribute Journal, as well as a full-page black & white ad.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS ($150)
Individual tickets are available at $150.
Tribute Journal Page Reservations
Reservations for journal ad only. All table packages include an ad. Individual ad rates are as follows:
Full-color: $1000
Blue: $500
Black & White: $250
Listing on Patron Page

no messages please): $100

Overall page 8.5” x 11” trim; live area 7.5” x 10”; bleed size 9” x 11.5”
All ads are full color, navy blue & white, or black ink printed on white paper. Please provide design at 300 dpi.

Electronic files are preferred.
You may submit artwork via email to linda.lott@nmss.org (file size less than 10MB)
For files larger than 10MB, please submit using a large file delivery service, such as HighTail or Dropbox.
